STEP 6 | HELP YOUR FIRST FAMILIES
Now that you’ve studied the system and understand the process, it’s time to take action. Helping your first four families is crucial—it builds your confidence, gives you real-world experience, and gets you closer to your first promotion.
Your Role? Learn to do proper FNA's, run illustrations, present suitable options, and guide clients toward the right solution. Use the tools and training available to you, work closely with your trainer, and ensure each application is submitted correctly. Leverage our Client Advocacy Team (CAT) to assist with paperwork, follow-ups, and getting applications approved smoothly.

STEP 7 | BECOME PROFITABLE & INDEPENDENT
You’ve helped your first families—now it’s time to build momentum, refine your process, and become a self-sufficient financial professional. Transition from learning to earning. Earn your first $1k to $5k.
Your Role? Take full ownership of your results. Strengthen your skills and abilities by watching and rewatching all the training videos. Develop the habit of tracking your activity and income, so you always know where you stand and what you need to do next.
STEP 8 | EARN YOUR FIRST PROMOTION
You’re on fire! Now it’s time to level up. Step 8 is all about scaling your efforts, increasing your production, and reaching your first major promotion.
Your Role? Help more families while beginning to mentor new agents. Share your experience, show them the system, and guide them through their first steps. Promotions come from consistent action and leadership—so step up!
